青年教师是学校教师队伍建设的后备力量，关系到学校未来的教学质量和学校的整体发展，12月22日，青年教师座谈会在杜山小学举行，学校领导和青年教师参加了五年的会议。

任职三年、两年、一年的教师代表分别发言。他们总结了工作中的成就，分享了工作和生活中的喜怒哀乐，并抓住机会提高自己的基本技能，努力成为一个思想、道德、教学和业务技能都很好的青年教师。
副总统Xu Heji肯定了精神与青年教师努力进步。同时，对青年教师提出了更高的要求：做一名教师的思想，责任心，良好的学习、梦想和专业价值。
